Life can feel overwhelming, and it’s easy to get stuck without knowing where to begin. I’m here to help you navigate those moments—not by avoiding the struggles, but by empowering you to face them with strength and clarity, transforming challenges into opportunities for growth. My goal is to support you in building resilience and creating lasting change, so you can improve your quality of life and move closer to the life you envision.
My therapeutic approach is integrative and grounded in evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness practices. Drawing from client-centered and strengths-based frameworks, I help clients work toward practical goals that support meaningful, sustainable progress. I bring experience from both clinical and nonprofit settings, where I’ve worked with individuals and communities to foster growth and build resilience. I am passionate about helping people thrive through a therapeutic process rooted in compassion, empowerment, and healing.
I earned my Master’s degree in Social Work with all honors, along with bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Biology, from the University of Georgia. With a strong foundation in neuroscience research and a deep commitment to evidence-based, culturally responsive care, I strive to provide holistic therapy tailored to each client’s unique needs.
Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, spending time with my dog, watching movies, and traveling to wherever life takes me.
