Katelyn Lilly, MSW

Every person carries a story that deserves to be heard with compassion, curiosity, and care. As a therapist, I aim to create a space where clients feel genuinely seen, supported, and empowered to live more fully, not just survive. I work with adolescents, teens and adults navigating social identity and life transitions, trauma, grief, and general mental health issues.

My approach is humanistic, integrative, and trauma-informed, grounded in the belief that healing happens through safety, trust, and authentic connection. I bring cultural humility and an openness to truly listen without judgment by recognizing and honoring the unique identities, experiences, and values each person brings into the room. I draw from client-centered therapy, mindfulness, and strengths-based practices, while incorporating evidence-based modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Together, we’ll co-create a space for growth, healing, and self-discovery.

I hold a Master of Social Work from the University of Georgia and a B.S. in Psychology from Oglethorpe University. With five years of experience in community mental health, I bring both clinical knowledge and deep respect for the complexity of being human. I’m currently pursuing LCSW licensure as I continue to grow in this work.

Outside of therapy, you can find me reading, thrifting, cross-stitching, or getting lost in a Legend of Zelda game. I look forward to connecting with you and walking alongside you on your journey.
