Drew Cleary, LPC, ADHD-CCSP

Drew holds a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Mercer University and is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC). He has also completed specialized training to become a Certified ADHD Professional (ADHD‑CCSP), equipping him to support clients navigating the complex challenges of ADHD across the lifespan.

With over a decade of experience working with children, adolescents, and families in both school and private practice settings, Drew brings a compassionate and informed perspective to his work. Before becoming a counselor, he spent several years as an educator at the elementary, middle, and high school levels. This background has shaped his understanding of developmental stages, learning differences, and family systems.

Drew draws from a range of evidence-based approaches, including attachment theory, Gestalt theory, mindfulness practices, and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT). He has a particular passion for supporting individuals with ADHD—especially those diagnosed in adulthood—as well as those navigating anxiety, depression, LGBTQ+ concerns, men’s issues, and Christian counseling. Drew also facilitates therapeutic and social skills groups for teens, creating a safe space for growth and connection.

He works with teens and adults, offering support around life transitions, emotional regulation, identity development, relational conflict, and faith-related concerns. Drew’s therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental. He believes healing happens through relationship, and he considers it a privilege to walk alongside his clients as they explore their stories, discover resilience, and move toward greater wholeness.
