• Intake session:  $85-$185
• Subsequent sessions:  $85-$185
  Rates vary based on the individual therapist's experience

Insurance & Out of Network Billing

• Caryn Pons is in network with Aetna and BlueCross and BlueShield
• Out of Network 
  We are able to provide you with a Superbill to submit to your insurance company to seek out of network reimbursement. We encourage you to contact your insurance company as every plan is different and benefits vary. 

Payment 

We accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment. We also accept HSA cards.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours beforehand. With less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged your clinician's full session rate which ranges from $85-$185. Giving us at least 24 hours notice is important because we save this time for you and only you. Please note that if your appointment is on a Monday, we need to be informed of the cancellation by the Friday before your appointment. Cancelling on a Saturday or Sunday does not give us the opportunity to fill the time slot that you were holding.
