My therapeutic approaches utilize attachment theory, gestalt theory, mindfulness and cognitive-behavioral therapy. I look forward to working with you on your journey!

I truly enjoy working with children and teens. In my clinical work, I have experience working with children, adolescents & families in various settings include private practice. I also have experience leading therapeutic groups and social skills groups for teens.

I am a Nationally Certified Counselor and a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor. I graduated from Mercer University in 2021 with my master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling. I have been working with children and adolescents for the past ten years. I started out as a teacher for elementary and middle school students and then made a transition to high school students a few years later.
